Let's talk,

There are a lot of "Deals" available that for me just don't make sense. Rentals, where after financing the rent only covers the mortgage or maybe a little more and sometimes less! But how can these be deals? What business plan supports a zero cash flow
rental?

Let's look at what "Cash Flow" really means, or maybe should mean. And what costs are involved o with a rental unit?
Is it reasonable to have a rental property that doesn't cover it's own monthly and or yearly costs?

Thanks !!!
